ABOUT MIKE

Mike comes from a family of entrepreneurs including his father who operated a multi line automobile dealership. Mike continued the family tradition in the automobile industry joining General Motors Corporation as a production engineer after graduating from university. He was quickly promoted through various management positions including field responsibility for dealer relations. Mike realized his ambition of joining the dealer retail network after nearly a decade of corporate life, eventually becoming General Manager and Partner of a highly successful Chrysler dealership in Toronto. While running the dealership, Mike fulfilled another ambition of completing an MBA from one of Canada’s premier business schools.

After twenty five years of corporate and retail experience and coincidental with the birth of his first child, Mike decided it was time to make changes in his life, selling his partnership and leaving the automobile industry. Over the next few years Mike partnered in the development of a performance assessment business with clients in both the world of business and athleticism. During this period he applied his business skills and interest in his community as Managing Director of a children’s charity. Mike has a real world appreciation for the demands, excitement and rewards of entrepreneurial life that gives him a practical perspective in helping folks who are seeking their own business.
